How many volumes does Masamune-kun’s Revenge have?
The manga series Masamune-kun’s Revenge was serialized in Monthly Comic Rex from 2012 to 2018. The story was crafted by Hazuki Takeoka while the illustrations were done by Tiv. The main narrative comprises 10 volumes. Following this, a continuation titled Masamune-kun’s Revenge: After School was serialized from 2018 to 2019, which delves into the events after the main story. Currently, a college arc titled Masamune-kun’s Revenge -Engagement- began its serialization in 2023. As of now, there are 12 volumes published (the latest 12th volume released in July 2023), and the story is still ongoing.

The second season of the anime begins with a school trip to France, highlighting the complex relationships among the three main characters, their fluctuating emotions, and their shared secretive past, which intensified the plot. While the high school saga concluded with a happy ending in the anime, the manga continues the story beyond that point. There is a continuation of their high school life and also a college arc. These can be found starting from volume 11.

When will Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 3 air?
The main storyline has already concluded, so the likelihood of a Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 3 is not very high. If the college arc or other subsequent stories are to be adapted into anime, it would most likely be in the form of an OVA or a movie. This is because, as of the anime’s conclusion, there are only two volumes of the manga that have not been adapted, which isn’t enough content for a full 12-episode TV series.
An Original Anime Disc (OAD) containing three short episodes was released as a bonus with the 10th volume of the manga. These episodes cover events that take place after the two seasons of the anime (which adapted up to volume 10 of the manga). However, for those who wish to comprehensively follow the story, it is recommended to start reading from volume 11.
