Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (鬼滅の刃) is one of the most popular manga and anime series all over the world. The original manga started to be serialized on Weekly Shonen Jump from February, 2016 and came to the end in May, 2020. There are 23 volumes of the manga series totally.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba was first adapted into an anime adaptation with 26 episodes between April and September in 2019. The setting of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is the fictional Japan in the Taicho period (1912-1926), where evil demons hide in the human society. To keep peace of the world, demon slayers fight against the demons.
The story starts when a protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, a 13-year-old boy, loses his family due to the attack by demons. The only survived his young sister named Nezuko is transformed into a demon at the same time. Tanjiro decides to be a powerful demon slayer to save Nezuko and other people.
On his adventurous trip, he meets reliable friends such as Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira and strong demon slayers called Hashira, which is the most powerful group in the Demon Slayer Corps. The 9 Hashira members battle against the strongest demons called Twelve Kizuki controlled by the top of the demons Muzan Kibutsuji.
The growth stories of Tanjiro and other demon slayers are depicted in the dark-fantasy anime with the intense battle scenes and moving drama.

Tokyo Ghoul (東京喰種トーキョーグール), categorized as dark fantasy, horror and thriller, is a popular modern anime series. It was adapted from the two manga titles: Tokyo Ghoul published in 2011-2014 and Tokyo Ghoul:re in 2014-2018. The anime series is divided into three parts: Tokyo Ghoul with 12 episodes (2014), Tokyo Ghoul √A with 12 episodes (2015) and Tokyo Ghoul:re with 24 episodes (2018).
The symbol of the anime series is a Ghoul, which looks like a human and hide in the human society living on human flesh. The story proceeds at the point that a 18-year-old named Ken Kaneki is attacked by a Ghoul. Though he is fatally injured, he survives by a surgery that transforms his body into a half-ghoul.

Since 2012, the ongoing manga has been serialized on Jump Square, one of the Weekly Shonen Jump’s related magazines. An anime adaptation of the dark-fantasy was made with two seasons in 2014 and 2015.
The setting of Seraph of the End is a ruined world, where people are wiped out except children. Adults are the death of the outbreak of the unknown virus. Vampires control the world capturing remaining children. A young boy named Yuichiro is focused on in the anime, who escapes from the dominated underground and decides to fight against the vampires.
The rough plot and conflict structure (children versus vampires) are really similar to those of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. You will find a lot in common with both the anime series.
