How many volumes does Goblin Slayer have?
There are 16 volumes in the light novel series of Goblin Slayer so far (the 16th volume released in July 2022.) It has been published since 2016, written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki. Kumo Kagyu also writes some spin-offs including Goblin Slayer Side Story: Year One and Goblin Slayer Side Story II: Dai Katana.
Goblin Slayer has also made into the manga adaptation with Kosuke Kurose since 2016, and it has 14 volumes so far (the latest 14th volume released in May 2023.)

The anime adaptation of Goblin Slayer finishes with 12 episodes, which aligns with the middle of Volume 6 in the manga. I recommend to re-start with Volume 6 Chapter 30 in the manga adaptation after watching all of the existing anime episodes.
