Onimai has an interesting setting in which a man around the age of 20 is turned into a girl by a drug developed by his sister, which is why it is sometimes regarded as a TS (transsexual) anime. The first anime series of Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister! ends with Episode 12 “Mahiro’s Future as a Sister, which corresponds to Chapter 17 and 18 in Volume 2 of the manga series. The first season as a whole covers three and a bit volumes of the original manga from Volume 1 Chapter 1 to Volume 4 Chapter 38. And, there is a girl who appears to be a new character on the end card of Episode 12.
