Written by Norio Sakurai, the manga series of The Dangers in My Heart started its serialization on Weekly Shonen Champion in 2018 and is now serialized on the manga website Manga Cross. There are 10 volumes in the manga of The Dangers in My Heart so far (the latest 10th volume published in April, 2024). It was first adapted into the anime series by Shin-Ei Animation in the spring of 2023, followed by the second season in the winter of 2024.

The first season of the anime series of The Dangers in My Heart finishes with Episode 12 “Karte 12: I Want You to Know Me,” which coincides with the last chapter of the manga Volume 4, up to Chapter 57.
